- The maximum number of guests for this home is 6.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Reservations and rates are guaranteed once the deposit is received.
- Check in time is between 2pm and 5pm. However, this time can be flexible if the bookings allow for it. Please check with us.
- Check out time is 9:00 am.
- Pets considered upon discussion with owners.
- No smoking on the premises.
Terms and Conditions
- A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to confirm the reservation.
- The remainder of the rental fee is required at least 90 days prior to check-in.
- There is a $750 (USD) security deposit required at the time of the final payment. It will be refunded within 90 days of check out if there are no damages.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations or changes within 90 days before check-in date.
