One of the best features of the villa is the very spacious terrace that embraces the large infinity edge pool. The 24 foot opening to the shaded terrace creates a seamless indoor/outdoor living space. This will quickly become your favourite place to be! Enjoy a flavourful cup of Costa Rican coffee in the morning while watching the Toucans and Macaws in the nearby trees and listening to the howler monkeys announce themselves. The pool is very private; it boasts a seating area if you just want to sit and cool down or you can take advantage of its 17metres length to swim and work up an appetite. The terrace is very well appointed with several comfortable seating areas, a dining table; outdoor kitchen and plenty of lounge chairs for those who simply want to soak up the sun and relax.
The one-story villa is gated and very private. Its large windows and doors and abundant number of fans allow for a wonderful flow of air through out the house; but don’t worry there is air conditioning in every bedroom so you can sleep in a cool, dry environment. The villa has three beautiful bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. The bedrooms all have king size beds, two of which were custom made to be converted to twin beds if preferred. All three bedrooms open to the terrace and have oversized windows so one can fully enjoy the views. The bedrooms are slightly staggered ensuring some privacy from each other.
